<p>I have been researching and studying food and how it interfaces with the human body for more years than I care to remember.</p>
<p>for as long as I can remember. Now I have learned that it has long been thought that vegetables are good for us, but I have never really knew why and some of these are just ordinary and some are simply superb. I have to say I think that vegetables get a raw deal (ha ha) no seriously, people opt for vitamin supplements when there are more effective elements in this great and important food group.</p>
<p>In this interesting area of research and development, these people came up with results which would make our Parents smile, if they read the conclusions they would not be surprised at our findings, however not many people could conceive just how good for us these vegetables really are for us.</p>
<p>Now you may or may not know that there is a specific class of vegetables that contain phytonutrients that actually help to fight against abdominal fat. Yes that&#8217;s right, not just good for us but they actually eat away existing fat tissue.</p>
<p>Allow me to tell you exactly what they are and why.</p>
<p>Now it could be that you know about food, nutrition and what is good and what is bad, including the latest cutting edge research and development and how certain ingredients in the food supply is effecting us, like pesticides, food additives and other chemicals from petroleum based products in the home, such as household cleaners can act as xenoestrogens.</p>
<p>What are xenoestrogens (I can hear you say?), well they are chemicals which when exposed to your body can have an estrogenic effect and too much of this can result in hormone disruptions for human beings. So these can play tricks in our bodies.</p>
<p>These estrogenic chemicals that we are exposed to on a daily basis can stimulate your body to store belly fat, along with many other problems. By fighting against these belly fat stimulating estrogenic chemicals, this can help you fight against abdominal fat and can actually help to make you slimmer and make your muscles stand out more prominently! So building fantastic abs !</p>
<p>There it is then &#8211; this is another one of those occasions when your Mother was right &#8211; you should eat your greens ! (Well certain ones anyway).</p>
<p>So there you go&#8230; just another excuse to do what mom always told you and eat more broccoli!</p>
<p>Now I know that they some of these vegetables don&#8217;t sound too nice, but I have learned to like them &#8211; You can melt a layer of tasty grass-fed cheese on the top of them with some garlic and they really are quite nice to eat.</p>
<p>When I started it was quite new and I had to study a course and I learned things that had not (at least then) been published anywhere. It was one of the most truly amazing experiences of my learning life that I have ever had to follow and just a few weeks into the course I had become used to putting what I had learned into practice, I witnessed a marked improvement in the shape of my abs (my six pack). After only 6 short weeks of just following the simple instructions in the course, all of what had previously been my belly fat has simply gone.</p>
<p>It is true to say that I became a bit bored after a while but the course covered that and gave me some great suggestions on how to make these foods more interesting.</p>
<p>When I am at the gym now, you should see the looks I get and I was already quite fit and trim (being a Personal Trainer and all lol). Well the transformation was just out of this world and I can&#8217;t help myself but grin during my working day; all because of what I picked up from this great and easy to follow course.</p>

<p>Having studied the research date which backs up this fascinating study course, it had been produced by a skilled group of health professionals and I think that this is currently available at a much reduced price &#8211; make sure that you obtain your copy before the price increases which I understand may be quite soon &#8211; even so, I would still pay 15 times what it cost when I looked at the commercial version. I am sorry if it sounds like I am selling this course, but I just tend to get excited with I come across something like this &#8211; genuinely simple, effective and so easy to use that it makes more complex courses look like second rate &#8216;wives tales&#8217; when compared to this scientific and easy to follow guide.</p>
<p>Please feel free to let your friends know about this article &#8211; it will astound them when they hear about xenoestrogens, broccoli and other vegetables and how they can help to actually eat their abdominal fat and disolve it away. If you are anything like me you will make it your specific goal to tell as many people as you can.</p>

<p>Being pregnant is an unforgettable experience. It&#8217;s an exciting time in a woman&#8217;s life. Changes occur each day. Hormone levels increase. Your body and attitude change. It&#8217;s a time filled with new things. In fact, given all these changes, the topic of what&#8217;s permissible to eat and what&#8217;s not becomes a significant question that most pregnant women find themselves grappling with.</p>
<p>Food and dietary matters is all important for pregnant women, as they are eating for two (or perhaps more). Yet, it can often become a somewhat murky area. There&#8217;s so much misinformation floating around out there that the facts become confused with the myths. Yet, despite all the mystery surrounding food and pregnancy, experts suggest that drastic changes aren&#8217;t necessary.</p>
<p>It is recommended that pregnant women reduce their intake or avoid certain foods altogether. While it&#8217;s common knowledge, the nitty gritty details can be difficult to sort out. It&#8217;s hard to figure what, exactly, is bad and why.</p>
<p>The matter gets more convoluted when family and friends are so keen on offering their own tips and advice. Even strangers like to get in on the game and tell you what you should and shouldn&#8217;t eat, often without your solicitation. This extra information can become quite disconcerting. The facts are confounded with urban myths and folklore.</p>
<p>It worsen matters that each and every day scientific and not so scientific journals are spouting out new opinion pieces and studies that certain foods are actually bad for pregnant women, a claim which is then duly refuted by the next day&#8217;s news. The onslaught of new information ends up confusing women rather than helping them out.</p>
<p>When all is said and done, all this information flying around is hard to wrap your head around. Rather than giving you answers, you just have a headache.</p>
<p>The question of what one can eat and what one shouldn&#8217;t eat when pregnant can be boiled down to a few basic guidelines. The thing to remember is that you should be smart. Eat in moderation and put your common sense to work. Don&#8217;t over indulge.</p>
<p>According to the experts, when pregnant, you don&#8217;t actually have to alter your diet drastically. In fact they offer guidelines which are in line with what you should eat when you&#8217;re not pregnant, with a few alterations, of course.</p>
<p>When it comes to fruits and vegetables, remember to wash before you eat. This goes for items with rinds and skins too; avocado and melons, for instance are known to contain bacteria that can be transferred from the skin when cutting into them.</p>
<p>Cook food so that it is well done; this is especially true for poultry and other meats. Don&#8217;t risk getting food poisoning.</p>
<p>Remember to wash your hands before and after touching meat.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t go crazy with sweets and other high fat food. Everything in moderation.</p>
<p>The FDA warns that pregnant and nursing women should avoid eating shark, swordfish, king mackerel and Tilefish in large amounts due to the amount of methyl mercury they contain. Methyl mercury is a toxic form of mercury that accumulates in fish.</p>
<p>Instead opt for canned fish or smaller ocean fish.</p>
<p>Alcohol should be avoided.</p>
