It Is Remarkable That Vegetables Can Actually Burn Abdominal Fat

I have been researching and studying food and how it interfaces with the human body for more years than I care to remember.

for as long as I can remember. Now I have learned that it has long been thought that vegetables are good for us, but I have never really knew why and some of these are just ordinary and some are simply superb. I have to say I think that vegetables get a raw deal (ha ha) no seriously, people opt for vitamin supplements when there are more effective elements in this great and important food group.

In this interesting area of research and development, these people came up with results which would make our Parents smile, if they read the conclusions they would not be surprised at our findings, however not many people could conceive just how good for us these vegetables really are for us.

Now you may or may not know that there is a specific class of vegetables that contain phytonutrients that actually help to fight against abdominal fat. Yes that’s right, not just good for us but they actually eat away existing fat tissue.

Allow me to tell you exactly what they are and why.

Now it could be that you know about food, nutrition and what is good and what is bad, including the latest cutting edge research and development and how certain ingredients in the food supply is effecting us, like pesticides, food additives and other chemicals from petroleum based products in the home, such as household cleaners can act as xenoestrogens.

What are xenoestrogens (I can hear you say?), well they are chemicals which when exposed to your body can have an estrogenic effect and too much of this can result in hormone disruptions for human beings. So these can play tricks in our bodies.

These estrogenic chemicals that we are exposed to on a daily basis can stimulate your body to store belly fat, along with many other problems. By fighting against these belly fat stimulating estrogenic chemicals, this can help you fight against abdominal fat and can actually help to make you slimmer and make your muscles stand out more prominently! So building fantastic abs !

There it is then – this is another one of those occasions when your Mother was right – you should eat your greens ! (Well certain ones anyway).

So there you go… just another excuse to do what mom always told you and eat more broccoli!

Now I know that they some of these vegetables don’t sound too nice, but I have learned to like them – You can melt a layer of tasty grass-fed cheese on the top of them with some garlic and they really are quite nice to eat.

When I started it was quite new and I had to study a course and I learned things that had not (at least then) been published anywhere. It was one of the most truly amazing experiences of my learning life that I have ever had to follow and just a few weeks into the course I had become used to putting what I had learned into practice, I witnessed a marked improvement in the shape of my abs (my six pack). After only 6 short weeks of just following the simple instructions in the course, all of what had previously been my belly fat has simply gone.

It is true to say that I became a bit bored after a while but the course covered that and gave me some great suggestions on how to make these foods more interesting.

I am sorry if it sounds like I am selling this course, but I just tend to get excited with I come across something like this – genuinely simple, effective and so easy to use that it makes more complex courses look like second rate ‘wives tales’ when compared to this scientific and easy to follow guide.

Top Ways to Get Strong Quickly

You have undoubtedly read some of the countless articles out there about creatine, HMB, periodization, thermogenics and more. So why is it — with all of this information out there — that you still don’t have the body you want? The answer will surprise you.

You’ve come to understand several individual components of the program that will take you there. You just haven’t learned to put all of the pieces together.

What I’m going to do now is provide you with a series of articles that will help you put all of those fragments of body change knowledge you’ve acquired into a usable whole. The system you’re about to discover has been proven to work and it’s doable.

In this first stage of your body transformation you’re going to utilize a weight training technology I’ve termed metabolic shift training. It is the most effective method for building muscle, burning fat, and transforming the body that I’ve ever encountered.

I know you’ve been seeking out “the perfect routine” from friends, gym members, and magazines, and although you’ve tried many, none has really kicked in the way you hoped. That’s really because “the perfect routine” for “everyone” doesn’t exist.

The idea behind metabolic shift training is to get your muscles to leave their comfort zone. Then, when the body begins to adapt to that stimulus — add a different challenge so that you don’t overtrain and your progress continues.

There are some general principle of body transformation that apply to everyone. So, although you are unique, you are also in many ways the same as other people. Once you understand general principles you’ll be able to alter some aspects of your training protocol.

Good news: there is a way to control your metabolism and the amount of fat that covers your body. However, there is a prerequisite for making that change. You’ll need to learn to control how to build muscle and burn fat.

Muscle is the key to changing the shape and function of your body. If you want to reveal a good looking figure it’s vital to learn how to add more muscle to your body. Even if your goal is to just burn fat, adding muscle will build your fat burning furnace. This is because muscle is the place where fat is burned.

You might have had your introduction to weights as I did. Three times a week, basic compound movements, resting every other day. It worked. Then you learned more. You met a guy who trains Legs on Fridays and Chest on Tuesdays.

You learned about supersets and forced reps. Your “thighs,” rather than consisting of hams and quads, soon became inner quads, outer quads, sweep, and teardrop. The overhead presses you started with for delts were soon joined by all types of lateral movements to the front, sides, and rear.

The interesting thing is that this is the natural progression for most strength training athletes. As they advance their results seem to diminish. Why is this?
